Forza Horizon 5: How to Buy Cars

We have the guide you need to find and buy new sets of wheels in this racing sandbox.

Forza Horizon 5 is hands down the best racing game on Xbox Series X right now! Months after its release last year, we’re still playing and enjoying this racing sandbox. For those new to the game, we have handy guides to help you with your game.

Today we bring you a quick guide on how to find and buy new cars in Horizon 5.

Bark the right tree

It may seem obvious to some, but you need to know where you are looking to get a new set of wheels. While driving, press the menu button on the Series X controller. Press RB to access the Cars menu before speeding to “Festival Mexico”.

MANY CHOICES: You can find all the cars in Forza through these menus

Once the menu loads, you have many options for buying and selling cars. If you are on a budget, you can buy and sell used cars rather than buying something new. This can be done via the Auction House menu on the left of the screen.

Since this is an auction house, you will have to bid and bid on cars rather than pay a flat fee. Unless it’s a bargain, because you can take advantage of fantastic offers here.

The Auto Show, however, is where you can find the best new cars in Horizon 5. These are organized by manufacturer and it’s easy to filter the choices by pressing the Y button. Literally, whatever is available is here, as long as you have the credits. When you also choose a car, it will give you the option to choose a custom paint scheme created by the community.

But wait, there’s more!

Finally, you also have both the Car Pass and the Car Packs. Car Pass and Car Packs allow you to get more exclusive cars and vehicles that have not yet been released to the general public. However, the downside is that it will cost you money, real money.

NOT CHEAP: These methods require you to spend real money

Of course, you can pay to play here, but if you want to enjoy the ride more, we recommend earning credits rather than spending your pounds and dollars on these cars.
